On the 19th Jan 2010 Global Data makes a serious step in building automation with the release of the GD09ACEM data controller. The controller has the same functions as GD08AC with the following additional functions: RS485 communication port, three impulse inputs, RF module connection, one relay input and sound signalization output.
The data controller GD09ACEM could be used not only as a stand alone or lan connected device. It also has a role as a master controller which communicates and controls up to 255 slave modules via RS485 communicatin protocol or 868Mhz radio frequency. The ecryption is 128bit AES. It has a wide rahge of application in industrial and building automation – as a main part for smart monitoring and management of energy, water and gas consumption, lighting, HVAC and other systems and appliances.It also covers the main features of security and fire alarm systems which additionally lowers the cost of the whole system.
